It's still slowly killing her, actually. Every time Nanoha uses her magic, it's putting strain on her body, and her body will eventually give out. That why she tries to be as conservative as possible during StrikerS, and only going all out and using Blaster Mode when she absolutely had to.

So yeah, of course Fate would still be worrying. She'd want Nanoha to use her magic as little as possible.

Of course we don't have to worry about Nanoha anymore. As Vivid stated, she's 'resting her wings', giving her body some time to recover itself.

I think the difference there is that Erio and Caro were much older when Fate took them in. Erio already had parents, and Caro had her own people as well. Fate wouldn't have imprinted a motherly role on them. Where as Vivio was carte blanche.
