All I can say about this chapter is that it looks like Fate's gone (Oh, god her outfit is so hot) and this manga is dropped.
lol Just kidding...but I'm really dropping this though.
With all the new characters this manga is quickly falling into StrikerS format--aka introduce a million new characters in hopes people will keep reading the forget about the old--and I just can't bring myself to care.
Anyway, the girls meet some of their opponents from the upcoming tournament and it looks like they're all starting to become friends.
-yawn- No conflict in this manga, whatsoever.

And it wasn't released by Payapaya scans? Interesting. It was nice for the folks at Mangafox to pick up where so many have left off. Unfortunately, Vivid is the absolute worst out of the three new series. Meanwhile, the best series, the Movie manga, is 2 chapters behind. While I appreciate the work the guys at ZSS are doing, they are extremely slow and I wish more people would take interest in the Movie instead of Vivid. /rant

In this extra, it seems that Vita is reminiscing about her past with Nanoha. The whole Yagami-ke gang shows up and towards the end, Nanoha trolls Vita in a very cute way.
It's nice to see some things haven't changed.
